Carl
Carl embarked on his career in the rail sector in 2002, beginning his journey with Amey as a STE04 Rope Access Technician. After a 6 year stint Carl trained and gained STE07 qualification in Structure examinations. Seeing the bigger picture in his career he went on to make the move into contracting as a sole trader providing survey support to tier 1 contractors, and finally setting up SES Structures Examination Services.
In recent years Carl has prided himself as a mentor, having the privilege of training numerous upcoming talent in the industry. Offering extensive site time and experience with him personally, inspecting various types of structures and guiding them to become exceptional Structural Examiner in their own right.
Over the years, Carl has built strong relationships with our current clients and as the new Managing Director of a dynamic SME consultancy is poised to provide outstanding exceptional turnkey solution to the British infrastructure network. Expanding our services with our partners, beyond rail, to the public, private and local authority sectors in the coming months.

Andrew possesses extensive knowledge and experience in a broad range of disciplines, including significant expertise in the rail sector. He has a remarkable record of successfully leading complex and challenging multi- disciplinary infrastructure portfolios within the rail industry. His leadership style centres around building resilient, capable, and diverse teams.
A key focus for Andrew is driving business development for SES Structures Examination Services, where he can leverage strategic insights and industry connections to foster growth and expand the company’s footprint. He has a proven track record in driving high safety, reliability, and commercial management. Andrew is performance-focused, accountable, and an influential team builder.
